JP is the only real estate professional that I have ever worked with that has returned my calls or emails nearly immediately. Hello. I would just like to take an opportunity to plug my now good friend J.P. Cook. A couple years ago my wife and I and our family put together a plan to relocate in the valley and off we went – we started interviewing realtors and, long story short, we picked J.P. We have friends that are realtors and other experiences with other realtors but there was something about J.P. that really gave us both a professional side and a personal connection, which both are important. Most of all honesty and integrity and a whole lot of character so no matter what the cost was going to be we chose J.P.
